Overview

Aras Innovator has the capability to localize each session based on the region and language settings of the client PC machine. Part of this localization is to display the User Interface (UI) in the client session language.

This document describes how to create a new language pack used in displaying the User Interface in alternate languages from the default.

These language packs contain:

• Metadata translations imported directly into the Aras Innovator database
• XML resource translations used in defining UI elements
• AML Packages for that language pack (optional)
• Code tree patches for that language pack (optional)
