The PDF Watermarking feature provides the ability to officially mark PDF documents with information such as Life Cycle State (Released, Superseded, etc.).

Watermarking is triggered automatically during Life Cycle promotions, based on rules and templates defined by the administrator. This guide explains the setup required to activate the PDF Watermarking feature and guides the administrator through a sample PDF Watermarking setup.
