Aras Innovator Setup

The Aras Innovator instance must be set up before installing Aras Import Manager. This section describes the major steps in setting up the Aras Innovator instance for use with Aras Import Manager.

Subscribers can get the Aras Import Manager 33 CD Image from the Aras File Sharing site in the Aras/Product Releases/ folder.

The documentation for installing Aras Innovator is in the Documentation folder of the Aras Innovator CD Image, also available in the above-mentioned folder.

The Aras Innovator releases that support Aras Import Manager 33 are:

• Aras Innovator 33
• Aras Innovator 34
• Aras Innovator 35

If using an earlier release of Aras Innovator, upgrade to Release 33 before installing the application.

Aras Import Manager is installed using the Aras Update Tool. For instructions on installing this tool, refer to the Aras Update 1.23 – Installation Guide. Alternatively, Aras Import Manager can be installed manually using the Aras Import Tool.
