Product Manufacturing Information (PMI)

The product management information (PMI) is typically stored at the assembly level within CAD native files. When dynamically generating assemblies in the Dynamic Viewer or Streaming Viewer, only view files of parts are included. Therefore, only PMI stored with a native file and included with the converted data in a view file^[1] can be viewed in the 3D View. PMI is not guaranteed to be positioned such that it does not interfere with other rendered 3D component geometry.
