Considerations When Adding Converted Files

The purpose of changing the location of generated content from the conversion process is to obviate the need to lock the associated CAD Item and thus prevent the issue with locked CAD Items in the conversion process. Customers can, and have, update(d) the conversion process by adding additional converted files and provide access to those files via File Properties added to the CAD Itemtype and Form. The following guidelines can be used to either change or update CAD Items if additional generated CAD file content is required. In general, follow the same approach used by the converted file content generated by default.
