Update the Conversion Post-Processing Methods

The following Methods should be reviewed if they were altered to store separate generated files: CR_3DCADtoPDF_SetFiles and CR_3DCADtoPDF_ClearFiles. Use the fr_Representation and fr_RepresentationFile Relationships to attach the newly generated file to the Native File Item on the CAD Item.^[1]
