Out of the Box Setup

Due to differences between the Windows and Linux file systems, it is required to use OS-specific path separators in paths. Because the Linux file system is case-sensitive, there is a significant difference between these file names: ./path/to/file.xml and ./path/to/File.xml. For more information about cross-platform development, refer to the Cross-platform development section in the Aras Innovator 39 - Programmer’s Guide.

The Streaming Viewer currently cannot be deployed in a cloud environment.The HOOPS Server must be deployed with networked file access to a single vault containing view files for rendering.

Only one Streaming Viewer can be installed on one machine at a time.
