Aras Workspace Productivity Connector provides a convenient way to manage Google Workspace documents in Aras directly from the user interface of Workspace.
Support for Base Document Type
The Workspace Productivity Connector allows support for Document ItemTypes without a classification, also known as Base Document Types. This enhancement is useful when defining Property Mappings and Valid Linked Items that apply broadly across multiple document types, reducing redundancy in your configuration setup.
Support to Create a Document using Existing Template from Aras
The Workspace Productivity Connector now allows support for creating templates that can exist throughout the organization, including administrators, document control staff, and end users.
Support the Authoring Tool for Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
The Workspace Productivity Connector introduces the new Authoring tool Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides, and they should control which Workspace application the template will be used for.
Support to open the Google Docs, Sheets and Slides from Aras
The Workspace Productivity Connector supports the ability to open the doc/sheet/slides in the new tab after creating a Document.
