The Aras Event Handling Framework now supports .NET 10

This release introduces compatibility with .NET 10. Aras Innovator is planning a platform-wide migration from .NET 8 to .NET 10 across Innovator and supporting components.

Why this change?
Microsoft ends .NET 8 Long Term Support (LTS) on November 10, 2026. Moving to .NET 10 keeps Innovator aligned to an LTS framework (supported through November 2028) to support customer compliance and security requirements.
