Configuring the Change Executer System Identity

To enable automatic promotion of affected items through Change automations, ensure that the Change Executor system identity is included in the role identities assigned to the corresponding lifecycle transitions.

• Review the Item Type’s lifecycle map to identify the role(s) assigned to each lifecycle transition and add Change Executor to the role(s) responsible for these transitions.
