Checking for Eligibility

The following steps outline the process to verify the code tree and database are eligible for installing the Aras Event Handling Framework 27:

1. Log into Aras Innovator as an administrator.

2. Click the User icon in the top-right corner and select About.

3. Verify Release 27 appears.

4. From the TOC, select Administration, Variables.

If it does not meet the service pack requirements listed in the previous steps, contact Aras to discuss options.
