CAD Conversion Errors Based on Locked CAD Items

Referring to the data model above, and the direct storage of files and Property data from the conversion process on a CAD Item, it is possible that during the CAD Conversion process the CAD Item is locked by some other process or user; thus, preventing an update. CAD Conversion processes are designed to execute multiple times when previous attempts were not successful. Update failures encountered from locked CAD Items prevent successful completion of the CAD Conversion process even after multiple tries unless the CAD is unlocked by the process or user the holding the lock.
